Yes — that's a core part of what we do. Not-at-fault clients typically receive a like-for-like accident replacement vehicle the same day, and we pursue the at-fault party for all recoverable costs.

Is $440 per claim actually good value?

Compare it to the cost of the alternative: internal admin hours, delayed repairs, and unrecovered hire, towing, storage and loss-of-use. One recovered not-at-fault claim usually pays for a year of administration. Volume clients are priced lower again — tell us your annual claim count and we'll quote it.

How exactly do recovery fees work?

Advanced loss recovery and commercial debt collection are charged at 10–25% of the amount actually recovered, agreed in writing before we start and scaled to complexity and age of the debt. If nothing is recovered on a contingent matter, there is no recovery fee — you are never billed a percentage of money you did not receive.

At-fault files are about controlling cost and downtime: fast assessment, controlled repair pricing through our 30+ repairer network, managing the insurer and excess position, and defending inflated third-party demands for hire, towing and loss of use. We regularly reduce third-party claims that are overstated.

Do you work with our existing insurer and broker?

Yes. We are insurer-agnostic and work alongside whichever insurer and broker you already use — we do not replace your policy or your broker relationship. We become the administration and recovery layer between you and them, and we report in a format brokers are happy to pass on to clients.

How is our data secured and who can see it?

Claim data is held in the manage.claims portal with role-based access, so your staff only see what they are entitled to see. Information is used solely to administer and recover your claims, is never sold or shared for marketing, and is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Access can be revoked instantly and records exported on request.
