We collect information necessary to administer claims, including your name, contact details, vehicle and registration details, incident circumstances, insurance details, documents and photographs you provide, and information supplied by insurers, repairers, assessors and other parties involved in a claim.
How we use your information
Information is used to lodge, assess, administer and resolve claims; to arrange replacement vehicles and repairs; to pursue recovery against at-fault parties; to provide reporting to clients; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
AI processing
Documents you provide may be processed by our AI-integrated claims support system to extract and structure claim data, validate accident circumstances and detect potential fraud. Outcomes affecting your claim are always reviewed by a qualified claims professional.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to insurers, repairers, assessors, tow and hire providers, ATA Legal, NON-Stop Rentals, recovery agents and courts where necessary to administer or resolve a claim. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Information is stored in secured systems with access limited to personnel who require it. We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information held.
Access and correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy has been breached, contact us and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
