Information is general

Content on this site is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial or insurance advice. Pricing indications, including claims administration from $440 per claim and recovery fees of 10–25% of value recovered, are indicative and subject to a written engagement.

Services and entities

Claims administration is provided by Clear Cover Claims Administration. Legal services are provided by ATA Legal as a separately regulated law firm. Vehicle and property replacement is provided by NON-Stop Rentals. Each engagement is governed by its own terms.

Claims portal

Access to manage.claims is granted to authorised users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted under your account.

Submissions

Information you submit through our forms is used to respond to your enquiry and administer any resulting claim. You warrant that information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and materials on this site are owned by Clear Cover Claims Administration or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
